Microzu standard shipping time is 72 hours for the US mainland and Canada. International shipping time including US territories is 5 to 20 days. The time of voucher has either expired or you did not enter the code correctly. You still can contact Microzu.com customer care for help.

Most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date as outlined in Microzu Return Policy. However, some items such as download software, games are not refundable. Please refer to return policy for a complete list
